Sometimes, reality itself is more absurd than what anyone could come up with in satire.
On Monday, Chamnangeni Zulu, a man in his early 20s from Mawali stripped naked at 4 a.m in the morning after his witch doctor claimed that sacrificing his body parts would make him wealthy. A hyena then approached him and started eating his toes, before going for the prize – Zulu’s manhood.
The police immediately rushed him to Chipata General Hospital in Zambia following the horrifying incident.
Zulu told the Times of Zambia from his hospital bed, “I was instructed to be naked and a hyena came to me and started eating my toes and eventually my manhood was eaten.
Despite the terrible ordeal he went through, Zulu is still optimistic and hopes to make it in the world.
“Even if I have lost some important parts of my body, I still want to get rich,” said Zulu
