Heralding the coming of spring and everyone’s least favorite insect, a semi-truck carrying 448 beehives rolled over, letting as many as 14 million bees escape onto one Seattle highway. Luckily, nobody was hurt (except maybe the bees, of course). As the Seattle Times reports, “everyone’s been stung.” Guys, remember how we all hated winter? Well at least the bees were all dead back then!
At 3:30 a.m., the driver of this truck lost control and slammed into a guardrail, flipping the truck and unleashing the wrath of several million bees onto the highway.
